The Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association Renovators’ Council has scheduled its first RenoTour – a multi-home opportunity for the public to see renovation trends first-hand –for Sunday, Oct. 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Clients of seven RenoMark members have agreed to let the public view their homes and see first-hand design ideas and how a professional renovation adds value.
Tour visitors can purchase $10 Passports from Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa either online or at Habitat’s two ReStore locations, or at any of the RenoTour homes. Habitat keeps all the revenue raised to support its initiative in providing affordable housing by building homes for local, low-income working families.
Visitors will be able to see “the latest interior design trends, quality craftsmanship and energy-efficient features,” say the organizers. “See first hand the benefits of hiring a RenoMark Renovator, who will be present on site to answer all of your renovation questions.”
Ottawa Renovates magazine and Metroland Media are media partners to provide publicity for the event.
